1.以培养创新型人才为目标

经济管理实验教学示范中心根据陕西科技大学全面实现建设国际知名的高水平教学研究型大学的总体目标,继续坚持以教学改革带动实验中心建设,充分发挥实验教学在创新型人才培养中的重要作用,按照省级实验教学示范中心的标准,努力建设陕西省内一流水平、有较大影响的经济管理实验教学中心,进一步突出特色、强化优势,充分发挥示范带动作用。

  1. Aiming at cultivating innovative talents

According to the overall goal of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology to fully realize the construction of an internationally renowned high-level teaching and research university, the Economic Management Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center will continue to adhere to the teaching reform to drive the construction of the experimental center, and give full play to the important role of experimental teaching in the cultivation of innovative talents. In accordance with the standards of the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center, we will strive to build a first-class economic management experimental teaching center in Shaanxi Province, which will further highlight its characteristics, strengthen its advantages, and give full play to its demonstration and leading role.


2. OBE理念引领实验中心建设

落实全国本科教育工作会议精神,坚持“以本为本”,推进“四个回归”,对标一流,补齐短板。依据《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》,从经管类人才培养计划、毕业要求等方面进行修订完善,强化特色,突出优势。紧抓居民消费升级、轻工业提质增效的历史机遇,利用“一带一路”对外开放大通道拓展实验项目与实践渠道。

   2. Leading the construction of experimental center with OBE concept

Implement the spirit of the National Undergraduate Education Work Conference, adhere to the "based on this", promote the "four regressions", benchmark first-class standards, and make up for shortcomings. According to the "National Standards for Undergraduate Professional Teaching Quality in Ordinary Colleges and Universities", it is revised and improved from the aspects of economics and management talents training plan and graduation requirements to strengthen its characteristics and highlight its advantages. Grasp the historical opportunities of upgrading residents' consumption and improving the quality and efficiency of light industry, and use the “Belt and Road” opening to the outside world to expand experimental projects and practical channels.



3.创新现代实验教学模式

在专业实验教学过程中,强化以虚拟经营环境为主的实践教学,同时将以实验中心为基础的模拟实习和企业实习基地的校外实践相结合,提倡体验式实验教学、情景式实验教学和开放式实验教学,培养学生运用经济管理基本理论知识解决实际问题的能力,指导学生了解企业的经营决策环境与管理行为的相互依赖性,培养管理决策中的全局观。

3. Innovative modern experimental teaching mode

In the process of professional experimental teaching, strengthen the practical teaching based on virtual business environment, and combine the simulation practice based on the experimental center with the off-campus practice of the enterprise practice base, and advocate experiential experimental teaching, situational experimental teaching and openness The experimental teaching cultivates students' ability to use basic theoretical knowledge of economic management to solve practical problems, guides students to understand the interdependence of business decision-making environment and management behavior, and cultivates a global view in management decision-making.



4.增强实验教学的实效性

通过与企业合作,增强企业在实验教学中的实际指导作用,提高经济管理类专业实验实践教学的效果。一是在课程教学中引入企业管理和技术人员,增强学生对企业经营实践和相关技术和产品的了解;二是增强企业在实验教学中的地位,尤其是一些轻工企业和现代服务企业的引入,弥补经济管理专业在学科建设和专业技术上的不足,提高学生对企业的认知水平和解决企业实际问题的能力。三是通过实习就业单位的调研,了解企业人才需求,及时修订培养方案,充实实验教学内容,使中心人才培养目标与企业需求相契合。

  4. Enhance the effectiveness of experimental teaching

Through cooperation with enterprises, the actual guiding role of enterprises in experimental teaching is enhanced, and the effect of experimental practical teaching of economic management majors is improved. The first is to introduce business management and technical personnel into the course teaching to enhance students' understanding of business practices and related technologies and products; the second is to enhance the position of enterprises in experimental teaching, especially the introduction of some light industrial enterprises and modern service enterprises , To make up for the shortcomings of economic management major in discipline construction and professional technology, and improve students' cognition level of enterprises and their ability to solve practical problems of enterprises. The third is to understand the talent needs of the enterprise through the investigation of the internship and employment unit, revise the training plan in time, enrich the experimental teaching content, and make the center's talent training goals match the needs of the enterprise.
