经济管理实验教学中心依托于陕西科技大学经济与管理学院。学院可追溯于1983年成立的管理小组,历经社会科学系、工商管理系、管理学院,2016年更名为经济与管理学院。学院经过三十多年的发展,现已成为我国西部地区和轻工行业高层次管理人才的培养基地、轻工技术经济与管理等特色方向的研究基地、“一带一路”及陕西社会经济创新发展的决策服务智库。

经济管理实验教学中心经历了三个发展阶段:

第一阶段(1986——2005年):专业初创的积累探索阶段

1992年建立工商管理系微机室,主要开展计算机操作、办公自动化等实验教学。

1998年建立语音室,承担英语听力教学以及企业管理、国际贸易实务等课程的实验教学任务。

2002年建立会计实验室,承担会计实务的实验教学任务。除了当时的会计手工模拟记账实验外,还购置了用友会计电算化软件M8.11,显著提高学生的计算机做账以及动手操作能力,为会计专业实验教学的发展奠定了良好的基础。

确立了“强化理论基础、注重专业实践、提高动手能力”的经济管理人才培养理念,倡导启发式和研讨式教学,以激发学生的学习兴趣和学习潜能为目标,以培养学生的科学思想和实践精神为目的,把知识传授、能力培养和素质提高贯穿于实验教学过程。

第二阶段(2006——2015年):校区东迁后的快速发展阶段

2006年陕西科技大学西安新校区建成,学校办学主体由咸阳搬迁到西安,经济管理实验教学中心实验室建设与实验教学随即进入了新的快速发展阶段。校院两级重视实践教学,加大实验室建设力度,实验室用房面积迅速扩大,投资购买了大量先进的实验设备和系列经济管理类实验教学软件。

1.EVIEWS计量经济学软件(网络版)、SPSS统计软件(网络版)。用于产品数据统计分析,解决商业研究中的数据问题,并且能够实现网络共享,通过SPSS在线数据库,发布数据统计分析结果。

2.世格外贸教学软件。包括外贸教学软件、报关/报检教学软件、外贸单证练习系统、电子商务教学软件、跨境电子商务教学软件、外贸综合服务平台、产业损害预警检测平台等七个模块,将传统外贸业务、电子商务及跨境电子商务等新的贸易业态、贸易形式与国际贸易实践教学相结合。

  3.华瑞人才测评实践教学系统、企业人力资源管理教学系统、奥派人力资源管理实践平台软件V1.0 2、奥派公务员素质测评系统软件、奥派电子政务教学实践平台软件。通过系统的模块设计和流程设计,全面覆盖人力资源管理核心工作内容和知识点,基于人力资源管理流程,以全面清晰的流程图展现给学生。

4ERP for SCHOOL新道教学系统、国泰安会计实训教学软件、银行模拟教学系统。嵌入专业教学课件、企业案例数据、业务管理知识等资源,以岗位任务工作流程为导向、以管理软件实践操作为手段,关注教学模式的角色化、岗位化、互动性,可满足工商管理、财会类专业实验课程教学应用。

5KJ营销战略与ERP管理沙盘模拟训练系统。主要面向市场营销和工商管理专业学生,由学生分角色体验市场调研、产品定位等营销管理活动,提倡体验式实验教学方法,模拟管理营销实战。

通过实验室建设和一系列实验教学改革实践,中心确立了“立足轻工特色、校企联合培养、提升创新能力”的实验教学理念,建立了具有经济管理特色的“实验内容与企业需要相结合、专业理论教育于创新能力培养相结合”的完整的经济管理实验教学体系。鼓励教师将科研成果转化为实验项目,提高实验教学水平。

第三阶段(2016——至今):顺应时代需求的数字化发展阶段

随着大数据、人工智能时代的到来,企业和社会需要大量数字化战略管理人才。经济管理实验教学中心在实验教学中,主动引入人工智能大数据分析、创新产品研发、智能制造、数字运营、数字营销等现代化教学内容,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新热情。

1)适应时代需求,创新实验教学方式。适应社会对数字化、智能化技能人才的需求,利用ERP沙盘模拟,借助MOOC、微课、学习通、云课堂、翻转课堂、智慧教室等教学平台进行线上线下混合式教学方式改革,倡导案例教学,结合SAP HANA建模,并通过沙盘模拟体验式教学方法提高实验教学的吸引力和教学效果。

2)加快实验室数字化建设水平。目前中心拥有工商管理、人力资源、市场营销、国际贸易、证券投资、电子政务等6个专业实验室,1个轻工产业创新实践基地。可承担日常实验教学、各类学科竞赛等任务。实验室面积420多平方米,设备累计投入600余万元,拥有142台计算机,4台专用服务器,13套多媒体教学演示系统。在加强硬件建设的同时,中心紧跟数字化、智能化科技发展趋势,2018年购买了数据包络分析软件(Frontier Analyst) v4.3.0标准版、用友ERP-U8以及与之配套的教学体系软件、世华软件系列在内的大型综合应用软件、跨专业校内综合实习平台软件,为师生创造了良好的实验教学模拟环境。中心承接经济与管理学院7个本科专业16门实验课程,213项实验项目,每年平均服务经管类专业学生1500余人,并且向全校学生开放。

3)建立大学生创业实战模拟平台。主要功能包括培养学生创业实战能力,了解公司设立流程,系统学习生产、营销、财务等知识,认识创业风险,通过模拟企业运营管理,全方位训练提升经营决策能力。利用陕西科技大学大学生创新创业实验教学中心和创客空间等平台,发挥创新创业教研室的作用,指导学生参加“互联网+”创新创业大赛、电子商务大赛等各类学科竞赛。经管学院每年拿出10万元对参赛项目予以资助,并对获奖项目给予奖励。

4)成立经济管理实验教学中心。整合经济与管理学院原有专业实验室,成立经济管理实验教学中心,实行人、财、物统一管理和资源共享,经济管理实验教学中心迎来了最佳的发展时期。中心秉承“教学理念先进、实验条件一流、人员结构合理、教学效果优良、平台开放共享”的现代化实验教学示范中心建设理念,培养学生具有扎实的实验技能和创新实践能力,致力成为在陕西乃至西北地区特色鲜明,具有较强辐射和示范作用的经济管理实验教学示范中心。

中心建有陕西轻工产业发展战略研究中心、陕西知识产权运营研究中心、西北智慧城市研究中心以及智赢区块链研究中心。2008年工商管理获批陕西省重点建设学科,2009年陕西轻工产业发展战略研究中心成为陕西省高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地,2016年陕西省知识产权局批准设立陕西知识产权运营研究中心为省级重点实验室。2013年中国轻工业联合会确定中心为全国唯一的“中轻高级管理及技术培训基地”。建有6个专业实验室,1个图书资料室,1个报告厅,4个讨论室。实验室面积420平方米。构建起由课程设计、实验实习、学年论文、毕业论文、创新创业训练等组成的完整的实践教学体系。实验中心建成以来一直致力于走合作共建之路,在王力集团、招商证券陕西分公司等企业建立5个实习就业基地。2018年,招商证券投资40万元建成“陕西科技大学——招商证券投资者教育基地”。




The Economic Management Experimental Teaching Center relies on the School of Economics and Management of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. The college can be traced back to the management team established in 1983, and has gone through the Department of Social Sciences, the Department of Business Administration, and the School of Management. In 2016, it was renamed the School of Economics and Management. After more than 30 years of development, the college has now become a training base for high-level management talents in western China and the light industry, a research base for light industry technology, economics and management, and the "Belt and Road" and social and economic innovation in Shaanxi. The Economic Management Experimental Teaching Center has gone through three stages of development:


The first stage (1986-2005): the accumulation and exploration stage of professional start-ups


In 1992, the computer room of the Department of Business Administration was established, which mainly carried out experimental teaching of computer operation and office automation.


In 1998, the language laboratory was established to undertake the experimental teaching tasks of English listening teaching, business management, international trade practice and other courses.


In 2002, the accounting laboratory was established to undertake the experimental teaching task of accounting practice. In addition to the accounting manual simulation bookkeeping experiment at that time, UFIDA also purchased the computerized accounting software M8.11 of UFIDA, which significantly improved the students' computer accounting and hands-on operation ability, laying a good foundation for the development of accounting professional experimental teaching.


Established the economic management talent training concept of "strengthening theoretical foundation, focusing on professional practice, and improving practical ability", advocated heuristic and seminar-style teaching, with the goal of stimulating students' learning interest and learning potential, and cultivating students' scientific thinking and practice For the purpose of spirit, knowledge transfer, ability training and quality improvement run through the experimental teaching process.


The second stage (2006-2015): the rapid development stage after the campus moved eastward


In 2006, the new Xi'an campus of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology was completed. The main body of the school moved from Xianyang to Xi'an. The laboratory construction and experimental teaching of the Economic Management Experimental Teaching Center immediately entered a new stage of rapid development. Both the school and the college attach importance to practical teaching, increase laboratory construction, and the area of laboratory rooms has expanded rapidly. It has invested in a large number of advanced experimental equipment and a series of economic management experimental teaching software.


1. EVIEWS econometrics software (online version), SPSS statistical software (online version). It is used for statistical analysis of product data, to solve data problems in business research, and can realize network sharing, and publish data statistical analysis results through SPSS online database.


2. Sigma foreign trade teaching software. Including foreign trade teaching software, customs declaration/inspection declaration teaching software, foreign trade document exercise system, e-commerce teaching software, cross-border e-commerce teaching software, foreign trade comprehensive service platform, industrial damage early warning detection platform and other seven modules, combining traditional foreign trade business, New trade formats and trade forms such as e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce are combined with practical teaching of international trade.


  3. Huarui talent evaluation practice teaching system, enterprise human resource management teaching system, Austrian human resource management practice platform software V1.0 2, Austrian civil servant quality evaluation system software, Austrian e-government teaching practice platform software. Through systematic module design and process design, the core work content and knowledge points of human resource management are fully covered. Based on the human resource management process, it is presented to students in a comprehensive and clear flow chart.


4. ERP for SCHOOL Xindao teaching system, Guotaian accounting training teaching software, bank simulation teaching system. Embedded professional teaching courseware, corporate case data, business management knowledge and other resources, with the job process as the orientation, and the management software practice as the means, paying attention to the role, job and interactivity of the teaching model, which can satisfy business management, accounting The teaching application of experimental courses for such majors.


5. KJ marketing strategy and ERP management sand table simulation training system. Mainly for students majoring in marketing and business administration, students will experience market research, product positioning and other marketing management activities by role, advocate experiential experimental teaching methods, and simulate actual management marketing.


Through laboratory construction and a series of experimental teaching reform practices, the center established the experimental teaching concept of "based on the characteristics of light industry, jointly cultivated by schools and enterprises, and enhanced innovation ability", and established the "combination of experimental content and enterprise needs with economic management characteristics" , A complete economic management experimental teaching system that combines professional theoretical education with the cultivation of innovative ability. Encourage teachers to transform scientific research results into experimental projects to improve the level of experimental teaching.


The third stage (2016-present): the stage of digital development that meets the needs of the times


With the advent of the era of big data and artificial intelligence, companies and society need a large number of digital strategic management talents. The Economic Management Experimental Teaching Center actively introduces modern teaching content such as artificial intelligence big data analysis, innovative product research and development, intelligent manufacturing, digital operation, and digital marketing in experimental teaching to stimulate students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for innovation.


(1) Adapt to the needs of the times and innovate experimental teaching methods. Adapt to the society's demand for digital and intelligent talents, use ERP sand table simulation, use MOOC, micro-class, learning through, cloud classroom, flipped classroom, smart classroom and other teaching platforms to reform online and offline hybrid teaching methods, and advocate case teaching , Combined with SAP HANA modeling, and through the sand table simulation experiential teaching method to improve the appeal and teaching effect of experimental teaching.


(2) Speed up the level of laboratory digital construction. At present, the center has 6 professional laboratories, including business administration, human resources, marketing, international trade, securities investment, and e-government, and 1 light industry innovation practice base. Can undertake tasks such as daily experiment teaching and various discipline competitions. The laboratory covers an area of more than 420 square meters, with a total investment of more than 6 million yuan in equipment, has 142 computers, 4 dedicated servers, and 13 sets of multimedia teaching demonstration systems. While strengthening hardware construction, the center closely follows the development trend of digital and intelligent technology. In 2018, it purchased Frontier Analyst v4.3.0 standard version, UFIDA ERP-U8 and supporting teaching system software, The large-scale comprehensive application software including the Shihua Software series and the cross-professional school comprehensive internship platform software create a good experimental teaching simulation environment for teachers and students. The center undertakes 16 experimental courses in 7 undergraduate majors of the School of Economics and Management, and 213 experimental projects. It serves an average of more than 1,500 students majoring in economics and management each year and is open to all students.


(3) Establish a practical simulation platform for undergraduate entrepreneurship. The main functions include cultivating students' practical ability in entrepreneurship, understanding the company's establishment process, systematically learning knowledge of production, marketing, finance, etc., understanding entrepreneurial risks, and simulating enterprise operation and management, and comprehensive training to improve business decision-making capabilities. Using platforms such as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Experimental Teaching Center and Makerspace of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, play the role of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching and Research Office, and guide students to participate in various discipline competitions such as the "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and E-commerce Competition. The School of Economics and Management provides 100,000 yuan each year to subsidize the participating projects and give awards to the winning projects.


(4) Establish an experimental teaching center for economic management. Integrating the original professional laboratories of the School of Economics and Management, establishing an experimental teaching center for economic management, implementing unified management of people, finances, and materials, and sharing resources, the experimental teaching center for economic management ushered in the best period of development. The center adheres to the modern experimental teaching demonstration center construction concept of "advanced teaching concepts, first-class experimental conditions, reasonable staff structure, excellent teaching effects, and open and shared platforms", and cultivates students with solid experimental skills and innovative practical capabilities, and is committed to becoming a leader in Shaanxi and even Northwest China. The economic management experimental teaching demonstration center with distinctive regional characteristics and strong radiation and demonstration effect.



The center has the Shaanxi Light Industry Development Strategy Research Center, the Shaanxi Intellectual Property Operation Research Center, the Northwest Smart City Research Center and the Smart Win Blockchain Research Center. In 2008, business administration was approved as a key construction discipline in Shaanxi Province. In 2009, the Shaanxi Light Industry Development Strategy Research Center became a key research base for philosophy and social sciences of universities in Shaanxi Province. In 2016, the Shaanxi Provincial Intellectual Property Office approved the establishment of the Shaanxi Intellectual Property Operation Research Center as the province Level key laboratory. In 2013, the China National Light Industry Council identified the center as the only "medium light senior management and technical training base" in the country. There are 6 professional laboratories, 1 library, 1 lecture hall, and 4 discussion rooms. The laboratory area is 420 square meters. Construct a complete practical teaching system consisting of curriculum design, experimental practice, academic year thesis, graduation thesis, innovation and entrepreneurship training, etc. Since the establishment of the experimental center, it has been committed to the road of cooperation and joint construction, establishing 5 internship and employment bases in Wangli Group, China Merchants Securities Shaanxi Branch and other enterprises. In 2018, China Merchants Securities invested 400,000 yuan to build the "Shaanxi University of Science and Technology-China Merchants Securities Investor Education Base".
